WHAT IS YOUR PROCESSING TIME?
All orders are processed within 10 business days before shipping. During high-demand drops or sales, processing may take a little longer. You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
U.S. Orders: 5-7 business days International Orders: 7–14 business days Tracking info will be emailed once your order ships.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We currently ship within the U.S. and internationally. Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
All sales are final.
Yes. Items may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn, in original packaging and based on stock availability gift cards will be granted (Final sale items are non-refundable.)
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY PIECES?
Most items should be machine washed cold, tumble dry low, or air-dried to preserve quality. Dry cleaners is also recommended.
ARE YOUR DROPS LIMITED?
Yes, many of our collections are limited-release. Once sold out, they will not be restocked unless a release is in high demand. Join our mailing list for early access.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Yes, digital gift cards are available and can be used online for Omilia Milan and Omilia Mini.
